Posted by Raven, from Victorville CA 92394 on Nov 2, 2020 Please keep in mind, however, that even after the ten (10) day rescission period, you can always terminate your relationship with us by simply notifying us in writing as set forth more fully in the agreement.Housekeeping need to work on cleaning their rooms better and front desk needs to work on the way they handle situations that come about when it comes to the rooms I seen a Roach in my room and requested to move and they refused to move me and said they would just take care of the Roach so I had to leave my room for 30 minutes so they can spray just to come back to a whole lot of roaches in the kitchen drawer for my first time at the resort I was very unsatisfied with the room and the service I think they should spray every room after the guest leave and allow 30 minutes before they let someone else in there and if someone tells you they see a bug they should automatically be moved to another room so that it's taken care of housekeeping can't be doing their jobs right they should have caught that then I was told I would get a resort credit but I got nothing then they tried to give me a buy some timeshare for them I can't believe they had their nurse even asked after the service I received other than that the resort was nice my second room was nice but they got bugs and that first impressions everything I would not recommend anyone to stay there they need to clean clean clean they tried to act like it was the first time they ever seen that but I'm pretty sure it wasn't I don't know what their other properties is like but this one is not a good one.
